Mr. Blumenthal concentrates his practice on civil litigation, divorce, paternity, child custody, visitation, child support, nuptial agreements, other family law matters, guardianships, tortious injury, contracts, commercial law, collections, evictions, mediation, class actions and appeals. Lawyer handling cases in all Indiana counties since 2001- with emphasis in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Westfield), Marion County (Indianapolis), Madison County, Boone County and Tipton County. He is also a Registered Family Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem and Parenting Coordinator. Mr. Blumenthal earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he received the Paul F. McTighe, Jr. Award and was Senior Staff Editor for the Tulsa Law Review.
